    • Small Parcel Items: Orders with a total value below $99 will have a fixed shipping fee of $99.
    • Large and Oversized Items: For large volume items, there will be a shipping fee of $20 per kilogram.

3. Refunds and Returns (Non-Bulk Purchase Customers):

  • We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to return or refund your purchase. Here are our policies for non-bulk purchase customers:
    • Refunds: You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 15 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition and must include all original packaging and tags.
    • Returns: We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received, with all original packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds and Returns (Group Purchase Customers): Group purchases do not support refunds or returns. Please be aware that group purchase items are typically offered at special prices, and as such, we are unable to accommodate refund or return requests for these items.
